Our rare Silver Needle tea, infused with the scent of jasmine and carefully hand rolled into precious “pearls” - Fresh layers of night-blooming jasmine are placed over the tender tea buds every evening and removed every morning for seven nights, imparting their distinctive aroma.
The pearls unfurl gracefully in water yielding a honey-amber liquor with a soft, clean flavor- surprisingly subtle next to the bold floral scent.
