White Tea (Bai Cha)

Our premium white tea is made from the most delicate unopened buds of the tea plant. This rare tea, harvested only in the spring, has a sweet, mild flavor and bright floral bouquet. Each bud is hand picked to insure the highest quality and then rapidly fired to prevent any loss of its health giving properties.
